An artificial intelligence nanopore platform for infectious virus detection

【Abstract】 

Artificial intelligence (AI)–Nanopore, which is a fusion of AI and Nanopore, is a platform that enables rapid development of infectious disease virus testing equipment by learning the waveform data of target viruses. This platform has been applied to the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) to develop an easy-to-use, high-throughput, high-precision testing equipment. The key to its successful development was the elucidation of the flow dynamics of a single virus passing through nanopores using multiphysics simulation.
