【Abstract】
Antireflectivity of the hierarchical micro-nano structure made of COP film is inves tigated in both of frequency and time domains using COMSOL Wave Optics Module.The hierarchical micro-nano structure, made by means of nanoimprinting, is composed of microholes of 3-5 μm in diameter and numerous nanoprotrusions of 70 nm in diameter located at the bottom surface of the microholes.
The calculated reflectance is compared with the measured value, and the optical behaviour of the structure is discussed.
